SpamBlocks fetches emails from your current email account at
regular interval set by you. The delay will depend on the poll interval
selected by you. SpamBlocks will deliver email instantly as soon as it is
fetched from your email account.

What do I need to do if I change my email address or ISP?

Its very simple. In case you change your email address, change
ISP or there are any changes in setting at your ISP's end, you can simply
update the "REMOTE POP" setting from "Settings" menu within your
Member's Area.
