For ISP & Corporate users, SpamBlocks offers customized packages including advanced administration control panels for easy management.

You do not require to download or install any softwares to use SpamBlocks & hence it is independent of operating system.

SpamBlocks works with any POP compliant email program like Eudora, Outlook etc on any operating system.

   Does SpamBlocks offer Anti-Virus support for my mails? [Back to Top]

SpamBlocks does offer Anti-Virus support. This feature is package dependent. Please view Packages for detailed package features.

   Do I need to inform my ISP that I'm using SpamBlocks? [Back to Top]

No, you don't need to inform your ISP about the usage of SpamBlocks.

   Which Email programs can I use? [Back to Top]

SpamBlocks works with any POP compliant email program like Eudora, Outlook, Outlook express, Netscape etc.

You can integrate single SpamBlocks account to your multiple email accounts.

Unfortunately not at this time. SpamBlocks currently works only with POP based Mail boxes/Servers.

   How do I add SpamBlocks to my existing email account? [Back to Top]

Its very Simple. Just signup for SpamBlocks account of your choice and follow the instructions. You could start using SpamBlocks within 5 minutes.

   What is the mail size limit? How about attachments? [Back to Top]

SpamBlocks does support Mail Attachments.

   Will my emails get delayed? [Back to Top]

SpamBlocks fetches emails from your current email account at regular interval set by you. The delay will depend on the poll interval selected by you. SpamBlocks will deliver email instantly as soon as it is fetched from your email account.

   What do I need to do if I change my email address or ISP? [Back to Top]

Its very simple. In case you change your email address, change ISP or there are any changes in setting at your ISP's end, you can simply update the "REMOTE POP" setting from "Settings" menu within your Member's Area.

   Do I get email address with SpamBlocks? [Back to Top]

No. SpamBlocks works with your existing email account.

   Do you offer Webmail? [Back to Top]

We do offer limited Webmail access.
SpamBlocks offers POP access for mail downloading. You can use any POP compliant email program or any other external webmail to access your emails.

   Does SpamBlocks support Mailing List? [Back to Top]

Yes. Mailing list usually sends bulk email to their subscribers using a specific From Address. Just authorize the "From Address" and you will receive the emails from desired mailing list.

   Can I authorize or block entire domain names? [Back to Top]

Yes you can authorize and block entire domain names.

   How do I manage my account settings? [Back to Top]

To manage your account setting, click on "Settings" menu within your Member's Area. You will be able to set various options including your personal setting, profile, display options, Remote Polling option etc.

   How do I change my password ? [Back to Top]

You can change your password using Password Manager within your Member's area. Click on "Settings" & "Password Manager".

   Do you offer any Reporting Tools ? [Back to Top]

Yes. Infact "Reporting Tools" is one of the Advance & Unique feature of SpamBlocks.

SpamBlocks offers detailed graphical analysis of mails, searchable mail logs, comparision analysis of sender addresses & sender domains, Spam statistics.

   What is MailTrends? [Back to Top]

MailTrends is SpamBlockss' Advanced Mail Analyzing and Reporting Tool.

MailTrends generates graphical & tabular reports of Sender Email Addresses, Sender Domains. It also produces Daily,Weekly & Monthly analysis reports of total mails received.

You can track email activity from each senders or each domains.

SpamTrends is SpamBlockss' Spam Analysis & Comparison Tool.

It generates detailed graphical & tabular comparative analysis of Spam & Real mails received by you.
   Can I search for Sender Mail Logs ? [Back to Top]

Yes. SpamBlocks logs every email received by you and stores for period of 6 months. You can search mail logs based on sender email addresses & sender domains. You will get listing of every inward email with their subjects and time it was received by SpamBlocks.

   Can I get statistics of senders ? How about detailed reports ? [Back to Top]
