You will need to download emails from SpamBlocks server using your email software or access them with Webmail.

   What do you mean by Unverified Mails? [Back to Top]

SpamBlocks mainly works on "Authorized Senders filtering" along with various other Spam filtering concepts. Emails received from senders who are not listed as Authorized Senders are stored in quarantined mail folder. These emails are termed as "Unverified Mails".

   What are Authorized Addresses & Authorized Domains? [Back to Top]

Authorized Addresses & Authorized Domains are list of Email Addresses & Domain Names from which emails will always be accepted without any verification.

In short, it represents a White List from where emails will always be received.

   How Do I block email address or entire Domain? [Back to Top]

To Block an email address or Block entire Domain, click on "Filters" and select an appropriate options.

Once you add email address or domain name in the block list, any emails received from them will be always dropped by SpamBlocks Server (Mails will not be stored in quarantined folder).

   Can I filter mails based on Subjects or set my custom filters? [Back to Top]

Yes you can filter mails based on subjects. You can also set Wild Cards for subject blocking.

   How does SpamBlocks filter Spam & Unwanted Emails ? [Back to Top]

SpamBlocks has adopted "Authorized Senders filtering" as primarily concept to filter spams. "Authorized Senders filtering" is the most effective spam-filtering method available today which allows mails from authorized senders only.

   What is the difference between SpamBlocks & my ISP Mail Server ? [Back to Top]

Your ISP's mail server is the server which collects emails for your email address and stores in a mailbox for you. SpamBlocks system picks up these emails at regular interval, filters & stores them in your mailbox on SpamBlocks Mail Server giving you a Spam-Free experience.

   How can I authorize a Sender? [Back to Top]

When you authorize an unverified email (from Unverified Mail Folder), the sender's address automatically gets authorized and added to authorized senders's list.

You can also add sender address in Authorized sender's list from Filters menu.

   How do I Authorize an unverified email ? [Back to Top]

To authorize unverified mails, go to Unverified Mail folder, select required emails and click on "Authorize" or "Pass" button.

When you use option of "Authorize", sender's email address will get added to Authorized Sender's list.
